Mackay Bushfire Risk Assessments is recognised by the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) as a BPAD level 2 Accredited Practitioner through the Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia) to assess the risk of bushfire for all types of developments in NSW.

Mackay Bushfire Risk Assessments was founded by Andrew Mackay who through his experience in the construction industry and living on the South Coast NSW has seen the effects a bushfire can have on families and their properties.

Andrew completed his Graduate Certificate of Bushfire Protection through the University of Western Sydney and became a Level 2 Accredited Bushfire Planning & Design (BPAD) Practitioner though the Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia).
